To unlock more girls, you will need Contracts. These can be acquired from Gacha (a.k.a. Recruit).

       

 

After acquiring enough Contracts you can go to Lounge>Contracts, and from there you can see how many  you have for each girl and see which ones you can recruit. Click/tap 'Sign' to recruit a new girl!
