In Date mode you get a number of shapes on the lower screen that you can use in order to move the sphere around.

You can tap and drag any shape on the board, and the sphere will move according to the shape. The goal is to collect as many items on the board as possible. You can tap on each item on the board to learn more about it and what it does, like this.

As you progress, you are going to unlock chameleon and mirroring cards.

The chameleon card mirrors the last piece you played, so with it, you can use the same piece twice.

The mirroring card basically swaps the position of your current card pieces, making them switch the opposite way:

By using a combination of all of these features, the goal is to reach the required score, which can be seen to the left of the screen.
