Please try the following solutions:
1. Restart the game, as well as your device;
2. Make sure you have Android 6.0 or above. The operating system version can be found in the About Phone section in the Settings tab. We also advise you to keep your operating system up to date with the latest version available.
3. Check that the Unknown sources option is enabled. It can be found in the Lock Screen and Security section of the Settings Tab. This will allow you to install third-party .apk files on your device;
4. Always download the latest .apk from the Nutaku website;
5. Clear Sexy Exile's app data and cache in the Apps section of the Settings tab. Uninstall, re-download and install the latest .apk;
6. Make sure that you're logged in on the Nutaku website from your mobile phone's main browser;
