Energy is one of the main requirements for going on dates, participating in Adventure Mode, and to progress in the game overall.

There are three types of Energy:

1. Regular Player Energy

2. Girls Energy

3. Adventure Mode Energy

1. Regular Player Energy: takes 6 minutes per point to recharge.

This type of Energy allows you to take the girls out on dates or to talk to them.

2. Girls Energy: girls need some time off after a long conversation or a steamy date, but don't worry, they'll be back!

Go on dates with other girls to allow the girls to recover their Energy.

3. Adventure Mode Energy: takes only 31 seconds per point to recharge.

In the first Adventure Mode mission, you will have to uncover a mystery with Shannon in "The Disappearance of Dakota May". Every action you make in this mode is important, because they cost energy.
