In order to unlock this feature, you must reach the 3rd email chain for each girl you want to get naked while performing private shows.

If you have already unlocked the 3rd email chain, also check to see whether the SFW option is turned on in the Settings menu. If it's turned on, you need to turn it off and you should then be able to see the girls naked during private shows.
