Rubies are the premium currency of the Fap CEO world.

You can either purchase them via the game's Shop, or collect them by completing Achievements, Daily Rewards & Daily Quests. Participating in Tournaments and opening Chests using Keys is also a great way of getting them, so don't miss out on those!
