These outfits are available for purchase with WARDROBE TOKENS - gathered from Event Rewards, Feature Rewards, by Recycling Outfit drops from the Mystery Chest, offers and other bounties.

The shop can be accessed by clicking on the left-hand side of the main screen. Here you can buy outfits with wardrobe tokens, or open the Outfit Viewer, where you can see ALL outfits currently in the game, and their collected status

Daily chest that can be opened with rubies in the Shop.
Will yield a random outfit.
If the outfit is not unlocked, you can choose to KEEP it or to RECYCLE it for wardrobe tokens.
If the outfit is already unlocked, you can recycle it for wardrobe tokens.
