Please do keep in mind that you need to fill out the required fields about the platform you're playing the game on, your Nutaku ID, the type of issue you're facing and a description of it.

You can find your Nutaku ID by logging on Nutaku.net and clicking your profile name - the ID is the number under your username. Alternatively you may also find it in the My Profile section on Nutaku.
