If you have trouble loading the game on a PC browser, or in case your game crashes, we advise trying the following solutions which usually solve these type of issues:
- reload the game via CTRL+SHIFT+R and clearing your browser's cache;
- disable adblockers on Nutaku as that can interfere with the game loading;
- open the game with a few tabs opened as possible or try opening the game using an incognito tab;
- try a different browser such as Firefox or Edge;
- reinstall your browser.
