Unfortunately, obtained photos cannot be deleted. The guys will be very sad if you do that :(

You can, however, purchase additional Storage Slots. If you use Cash to purchase it, you obtain 1 additional slot per purchase. If you purchase using Gems, you can get 5 or more slots per purchase.
