To advance the game time, you need to complete a date, regardless of whether it was successful or not. Once the date ends, game time will automatically advance.

Please also keep in mind that the guys' energy will only reset after a full day has passed - when it's morning in-game.

Energy points spawn 1 point per 6 minutes.
