Energy is one of the main requirements for going on dates and to progress in the game overall.

There are two types of Energy:

1. Regular Player Energy

2. Guys' Energy

1. Regular Player Energy: takes 6 minutes per point to recharge.

This type of Energy allows you to take the guys out on dates or to talk to them.

2. Guys' Energy: guys need some time off after a long conversation or a steamy date, but don't worry, they'll be back! Go on dates with other guys to allow them to recover their Energy.
