Green pills are used to speed up time. You receive by completing character dialogues and buildings or through achievements and bonuses.

Red pills need to be purchased using Diamonds and they multiply the effect of the Green ones.

The time multiplier increases the speed generation of Charm and Sex Coins, in addition to accelerating skill learning for your staff.
