The Gacha System is the main source for Agent Shards. There are 7 types of Gacha:

1. Premium Gacha: Drops 3 to 5 stars Agent Shards only. This is the main gacha type for acquiring new agents. It can be accessed using either Meteor Hearts or Gold Gacha Tickets.

2. Regular Gacha: It has the biggest reward pool. It can drop 1-5 stars Agent Shards and 4-6 stars weapons.

3. Weapon Gacha: The main gacha for agent equipment. It can drop 3-6 stars weapons for your agents. It can be accessed using either Meteor Hearts or Weapon Tickets.

4. Gift Gacha: Drops 3-6 stars gifts that can be used to increase your agent Affection.

5. Power up Gacha: Drops 1-2 stars Agent Shards, weapons, and upgrade materials. It can also drop other resources such as Meteor Hearts, Agent EXP, master keys, and more (to view the whole list press Details located on the top right corner of the gacha). It can be only accessed using Lollipops that can usually be acquired from the main story levels.

6. Special Event Gacha: A limited period gacha, this kind of gacha is usually similar to Premium Gacha but has increased drop rates for specific units. It can only be accessed by using Meteor Hearts.

7. Rune Gacha: drops Runes, allowing you to strengthen your Agents.
