- disable ad-blockers on Nutaku as that can interfere with the game loading
- open the game with as few tabs open as possible or an incognito tab
- try a different browser such as Firefox or Edge
- reinstall your browser
- please make sure you're running on the latest version of the game, as running on an older version could potentially mean that you experience other issues as well (you can do so by clearing your browser's cache from the beginning of time).
