Buildings are important in College Life. There are 2 types of buildings, special buildings, like the Comic Store and the Clothing Shop, and regular houses the in-game characters own.

Upgrading your buildings give you access to more quests, better money rewards, and new features.

Every building needs to be fixed before it can give you bonuses. You can upgrade buildings when the XP meter is full or by using Kisses.

Each building has a fixed amount of available tasks. You can acquire a new relationship status for your characters, depending on the couple tasks you complete in a building.

Buildings give you the possibility to earn money and XP (experience points). A $ sign appearing on the buildings indicates that you have rewards there that can be collected. After you press on the building you have the option to manually collect the money and the XP, or to auto-collect the rewards.
