In order to get assistance with this you will have to create a ticket, but bear in mind that before doing so the following information is necessary:
a. The timestamp of a moment during which you are trying to connect and are encountering this issue will be required in the exact following format: exact date / time, and time zone.
b. A browser log (if you are using the web client) will also be needed. To get it, press F12 or right click and select the Inspect option when the error appears. Afterwards, click on Console, select all (ctrl+a) and copy everything.
